The Government Performance Consortium is a network of civic thinkers and government practitioners who are transforming the government from the inside out.

Project Description: To document the ongoing work of the GPC through a variety of visually accessible methods while empowering design team members to participate in the learning harvest. As we moved through our work together, we have explored different ways of "harvest" or collecting and showcasing learning. Utilizing Weebly, a simple website design service, we were able to prototype a website housing the photography, graphic recordings, power point presentations and other content that has been developed.

We also created a document that pulled all of the website content together in a downloadable pdf. The resource book documents the last three years of GPC's work and is available for free on the website. In 2019, the project received funding to create another resource book focused on municipal dashboards.

Roles: Scribe/Graphic Recorder, Photographer, Web Developer, Visual Coach, Graphic Designer, Team Member, Strategist
